Abstract

Human awareness of changes occurs in line with the views of management philosophy. The level of human understanding on management begins with combining the big picture of the experiences that occur. In relation to the world, awareness is needed to learn and maintain a safe organization or environment in order to create constructive change. Human participation in the change process can illustrate their view of management by accumulating all the life processes they have been through and experiences of interacting with fellow humans and the natural environment. The development of mankind and the world greatly influences the human view of good management. Understanding the management philosophy in organizational processes requires value, trust, creativity and the best attitude in management practices. Management objectives are to balance customer satisfaction, budget considerations, technical resources, time, while fulfilling the mission, vision and goals of the organization.
