In the modern era of rapid scientific and technical progress, the development of production areas, especially the chemical industry and the production of various types of chemical products causes environmental pollution and disturbance of the ecological balance. Degradation processes occurring in the environment cause pollution of the biosphere, which poses a threat to living things. Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is caused an abnormal increase of sugar (glucose) in the blood and also occurs as a result of resistance to the hormone insulin, which breaks down blood sugar and is synthesized in the pancreas, insulin deficiency or absence.
