How do Empathy and Assurance Matter in Determining Customer?s Satisfaction?
Abstract

The objective of this literature is to inspect the role of assurance and empathy on customer satisfaction in Malaysia. Customers collected data, and SPSS was used to evaluate the testing of the hypotheses. The findings indicated that in Malaysia, there are positive ties between customer service and empathy and satisfaction. These findings satisfy potential researchers and policymakers who will develop policies that improve the country's customer service.
