The Influence of Advance Unit Centralization, Advance Unit Formalization, and Ecological Competitiveness on the Exploitative Innovation in the Manufacturing in Thailand
Abstract

This study objectives are the investigation of the influence of advance unit centralization, advance unit formalization and ecological competitiveness on the exploitive innovation in the manufacturing industry of Thailand. The employees that are related to the research and innovation department are the respondents from whom data were gathered by means of survey questionnaires and this data was evaluated by using the PLS-SEM. The results that are extracted from the Smart-PLS indicated that advance unit centralization, advance unit formalization and ecological competitiveness have positive nexus with the exploitive innovation in the manufacturing companies of Thailand. These findings should be suitable for the employees and managers of the research and innovation department while implementing the new innovation in the organization.
