Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment as an Effort to Avoid Burnout of Nurses

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on the burnout of nurses through organizational commitment as a mediating variable for nurses at Hospital X in East Java. This research is a quantitative research with a sample size of 66 employees. By using Smart PLS as an analytical tool to test the relationship between variables and mediating variable of organizational commitment. The relationship between transformational leadership and burnout variable shows that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on burnout through organizational commitment as a mediating variable,
