Introduction: Most post-operative patients do not feel well because of very severe pain level during the first 24 hours after surgery, pain can be managed and reduced by means of evidence-based practices. Objectives: To develop Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG) for pain management in the recovery room. To assess the effectiveness of the clinical practice.
